With a family history in carpentry following his father’s footsteps, Ned has over 35 years experience in commercial carpentry. He is driven by a passion for architectural excellence and finely crafted carpentry. Ned leads the team on sites and enjoys working with the clients for each project ensuring that all builds are on time and within budget.

of craftsmanship and integrity to every commercial project. Working closely with construction managers and on-site teams, he is driven by a commitment to excellence, blending proven construction expertise with modern architectural solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and high-quality outcomes.

With over 25 years in the trade, Damian oversees project delivery from tender through to completion. Combining hands-on carpentry experience with practical construction management, he ensures projects are accurately costed, well planned, and delivered on schedule to the highest quality and safety standards.
Micheal Cullen
Construction Manager
Michael brings extensive hands-on carpentry experience and strong on-site leadership to Highrise Carpentry’s daily operations. With a practical, boots-on-the-ground approach, he oversees site activities, coordinates trades, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Known for his reliability and clear communication, Michael plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly and delivering consistent, well-executed results.
